A surprise announcement is the addition of the BTCC1990 class which adds Ford Sierras and BMW E30.
Although there are only 2 car models in this class, we expect some close racing, just as it was in the early 1990’s. This series has joined our Class C section for saloon cars.
This is an unexpected new class and is our clubs third touring car class after BTCC Super Touring and modern BTCC, but with our favourite Omega BMW driven by Will Hoy being released, it was just too tempting to resist. We hope that Scalextric may add some more vehicles to this series so that we can expand this with different manufacturers.
