To coincide with the final round of the 2017 BTCC series this weekend, we are pleased to announce our new page showing our Super Touring cars. To many, the Super Touring cars were the pinnacle of touring car racing and we would tend to agree. There was some great racing with multiple manufacturers lining up their best cars to take on the competition.
Our Scalextric cars highlight the best of those days with some beautiful racing beasts featuring Renault, Audi, Ford, Alfa Romeo, Vauxhall and BMW. We have kept our selection to the main manufacturers cars and not included some of the privateer cars, but this ensures the best cars on the grid. Although the Scalextric cars are from the early 2000’s and perhaps are not quite up to the standards of current models, we still cannot wait to put on some fantastic races and relive the best days of touring cars. The cars are also really cheap to purchase these days too, so feel free to bring your own Super Touring car to the club track, there are plenty to choose from.
